Humate Solutions LTDCropping / Pasture Products
Our products all use Raw Humate. Raw humate (up to 67% carbon) is especially applicable for farmers and growers who wish to build up their carbon soil content as well as to increase their soil biology. Humate is widely accepted as the world’s oldest form of compost and is very rich in carbon, humic and fulvic acids.
Humic Classic85 soluble granules are suitable for ground application on agricultural, horticultural, fertigation, landscape and gardens. It is nature’s very best biological food source, buffering agent and chelator.
Humic Classic85 assists in:
- Breaking up unproductive clay soils, turning them into fertile soil
- Producing thicker, greener, healthier crops
- Contains quantities of trace minerals and up to 5,000 calories per gram.
- Stimulating seed germination and viability, root aspiration, formation and growth
- Increasing water holding capacity of the soil thereby helping plants resistance to droughts
The product is easy to apply and is available in a granule form as well as a liquid form (Humic Classic Liquid).
For enhanced soil fertility and healthy crops, try Humic Classic85!
Humic Classic85 assists in the uptake of active plant ingredients, reduces leaching of vital nutrients and contains up to 85% humic acid. Humic Acid is extracted from compressed, ancient plant matter in the form of leonardite (a soft brown coal) as one kind of high polymer heterogeneous aromatic materials contains hydroxyl, carboxyl, phenolic hydroxyl and other active groups with black brown appearance.
It is an ideal additive to boost bio-activity and improve the performance of compost or composted fertilisers. The composting process speeds the release of the humic and fulvic acids. Humic substances (HS) are major components of the natural organic matter (NOM) in soil and water as well as in geological organic deposits such as lake sediments, peats, brown coals and shales. They make up much of the characteristic brown colour of decaying plant debris and contribute to the brown or black colour in surface soils. They are major components of NOM in surface waters and at higher concentrations can impart a dark colour, especially in brown fresh water ponds, lakes, and streams. In leaf litter or composts, the colour may be yellowish-brown to black, depending on the degree of decay and concentration.
Humic substances are very important components of soil that affect physical and chemical properties and improve soil fertility. In aqueous systems, like rivers, about 50% of the dissolved organic materials are HS that affect pH and alkalinity. In terrestrial and aquatic systems HS affect the chemistry, cycling and bioavailability of chemical elements, as well as transport and degradation of xenobiotic and natural organic chemicals. They affect biological productivity in aquatic ecosystems, as well as the formation of disinfection by-products during water treatment.
Trials undertaken over the past 2 -3 years indicate strongly that by adding Humic Classic granules in with urea reduces the nitrate levels found in the pasture by as much as 40%. Humic Classic and liquid is also one of nature’s best fungal foods which points to a very important biological increase in the soil.
